NEW FOR 2010

    DUES

• We are now offering two different dues options for you to choose from.

                Option One (fundraising required) - $300 for High School, $150 for 7th/8th Grade, $100 for 5th/6th Grade

                Option Two (no fundraising) - $450 for High School, $250 for 7th/8th Grade, $200 for 5th/6th Grade

    FUNDRAISING

• If you choose the fundraising option, you will have two fundraisers to choose from.  Each player must raise at least $150 or they will be required to pay the difference.  Both options require the players to participate in one Krispy Kreme Fundraiser.

    PHYSICALS

• Players are required to provide proof of good health.  A physical form is available for download by clicking on the link at the top of the page.  Those players already having a completed physical may submit a copy of that form.  All physicals must have been done within a year of the first day of practice.

    SCHOLARSHIPS

• A limited amount of monies are available for scholarships this year, so get your applications in early.  Applications must be turned in by February 1, 2010 to be considered
